This planner has a calendar-style interface with day, week, month, food and report views. The food database contains more than 3,000 items, and you can add your own. It includes built-in training plans for 5K runs, 10K runs, marathons, century bike rides and body for life routines.
Drag-and-drop and cut-copy-paste functions allow you to move and reschedule workouts, and the program calculates your estimated metabolic rate, calories burned during exercise, calories consumed and calories remaining for the day.
